Cinnamon scented air fresheners can make mosquitoes to go away?

Question:It is true that cinnamon scented aerosol air fresheners can help to make mosquitoes to go away? Does it stop them? Is it true?

Answers:
I use a cinnamon scented linen spray, and it didn't seem to bother the mozzies at all.

These are some of the things that I've used - and they all work.

Rubbing Alcohol
Just splashing plain rubbing alcohol on yourself and allowing it to dry, deters mosquitoes .

Vaporub
This is going to surprise you, but a good insect repellent is Vick's Vaporub. Good for repelling ticks too.

One of the best mosquito repellents you can use is plain old Avon Skin-So-Soft bath oil mixed about half and half with alcohol.

Plain vanilla works too - either straight from the bottle, or mixed with a little rubbing alcohol

Lavender Oil works well too.

And don't eat bananas if you're going to be in a mozzie-prone area - they love the smell... and your body can exude "banana flavor" for days, actually atracting the little biters.

No, I think it is citronella.
Citronella and Lavender are scents that repel mosquitos.
No it's not true.
I have never heard that cinnamon scented air fresheners keep the skeeters away. Citronella repels skeeters but that's found in candles for outdoor use.
i think eucalyptus do
