Can I throw microfiber couch cushions in the washing machine?? If so, which settings should I use?
Question:They unzip off the couch, which tells me they should be able to be thrown in the washing machine.

You can wash them, but beware that they will probably fade and they will also shrink, even without putting them in the dryer and washing them in cold water. Every couch and loveseat I have ever owned had cushions that zipped, but none of them were meant to be taken off and washed. The reason that zippers are inserted is so that the company can have all the cushion fabric sewn ahead of time on a machine and put on the cushions later. The labor on having someone go in and hand sew the fabric around the cushion would be insane, whereas its much easier just to install a zipper. Just use extreme caution when washing microfiber. I have actually reupholstered a couch with microfiber..the microfiber is not meant to be washed. It is meant to be spot cleaned so just be careful and good luck!
The delicates cycle cold water only.
Even better using a front loading washer.
