Stop smooching the carpet.
I work for a carpet cleaning company and with those types of stains our products usually cant get them out (make up is always difficult to remove unless you use bleach, depending on the type of carpet you have)
Try vinegar and then if that doesnt work rub bi carb soda into it.
I strongly recommend to call a professional if that fails but never use bleach on your carpet becoz even if your carpets are white in colour, over time you end up with a horrible patch that usually looks worse than the stain in the first place.
