How do i get nail polish off a tile bathroom floor?

try non acetone polish remover... the acetone remover might eat the tile! get a q tip and rub lightly

I would try that magic eraser from Mr. Clean. I use it for everything and it hasn't failed me yet!
The previous answers may work fine, but a razor blade scraper will probably work, with less of a mess.
