Sweat stains?!?!?
Question:i sweat a lot because i like sports and now i have sweat stains under all of my white shirts, how do i get rid of them????
Answers:
Try making a paste of baking soda and water, and rubbing it in to the stains, then wash as usual. This will take care of any stains and odor.
Bleach
You never can do wrong with White shirts when it comes to clean. A real colox is the best for them. Cheap and effectively.
Try soaking them in ammonia and the hottest water the fabric will take.
Sorry to say, but that won't come out.
Always wash your whites with hot water & bleach.
You can get undershirts to wear that will protect your nicer shirts. That way the undershirt will get the stain and not your nice shirt.

Buy some good old fashioned soap bar, soap. The kind for washing clothes, you can find this in most hardware stores. Soak your stain clothes in cold water, remove from the water and rub in the soap. Leave free from water about 1/2 hr, Then back to the cold water, give a little rub . NOW, add more soap, but this time leave the soap on and pop into your machine on a 40ºc wash, even 30ºc. Hang your clothes outside in the sun . the sun will do the rest of the work for you , by bleaching out any remaining stains , the natural way
Deodorant and Perspiration Stain Removal
Yellow underarm shirt stains are likely caused by a combination of deodorant and perspiration. Many deodorants and antiperspirants contain aluminum salts. When these salts are combined with laundry detergent, especially in cooler water settings, they are not easily dissolved, and they remain on the fabric.
To remove the stains, try soaking the shirts in warm water with an enzyme pre-soak product or rubbing the soiled area with white vinegar. Wash in the hottest water safe for the fabric. If the stain remains, dampen and sprinkle stain with meat tenderizer. Let stand for about an hour, and launder again.
To avoid new stains from forming, always wash the shirts in the hottest water safe for the fabric. Also, allow antiperspirant to dry completely before dressing. =)
