Does anyone know why men"s bodies give off more bodyoil than women do?
Question:I suspected it was true, but when I lived with my old b/f for 3 years...it was CONFIRMED for me. When I lived alone, I never had to clean my tub (from showers) or the shower curtain more than once a month...but when he moved in, the tub & curtain got really yucky after just a week of use. But the WORST was nt the toilet BOWL...but the outside of the toilet where it touches the floor, and ALL around the bathroom the body-hair was THICK on every edge (baseboards). Then, I lived with my grown son (same age as my ex B/F)...and in between the two, my own showers did not give off any excess body-oil/dirt, but as soon as my son & I got a place together, it was bad. Fortunately, he's more of a "Venus" male, and getting him to clean these areas was not a problem. Now, I've stayed with another son for awhile (temporarily) and he can't understand it. Does any guy out there have a reasonable explaination another man will understand?
Answers:
You might be right about men's bodies giving off more body oil. My husband is a mechanic and no matter is he has worked that day or not- he needs a shower. I think it's because men sometime work physically harder than a woman? I'm not trying to hurt anyone's feeling! Every one is entitled to there own openion.
Geeeeez! That's a bit rough! Someone having a bad day??
