Do espom salts stain fabric?

Question:spilled some and it got on my skirt, a delicate cotton fabric. Rinsed with cold water - is that enough? Epsom salts were a mixture of 4parts water to 1part salt.

Espon salt is just salt.
Just rinsing out with water should desolve the salt.
But on a fine fabric, I would hand wash it it a clean sink with Woolite.
Woolite is a fine fabric cleaner.
