House cleaners out there?
Question:For a laminated wood floor, have you personally used Murphy's Oil Soap to clean? What was the result? Any better suggestions on how to clean?

I personally would use Simple Green diluted with water. When doing the laminated wood floor I would make sure the mop or cleaning towel you are using is rung out good not a real wet mop or cleaning towel.
Also: Simple Green is non toxic and made with natural products. When doing floors I always make sure there is plenty of air stirring.
I have not used Murphy's; it may leave too much of a residue on the laminate. I have found that ammonia works very well. It leaves a mirror shine with no residue, and does not hurt the finish of the laminate. Stinks to high heaven, unfortunately.
Its nice. Dilute it with warm water, and clean away. I use it in my business all the time. Fabuloso is also nice for linoleum and wood floors.
Orange Glo is preferrable to Murphy's Oil Soap. OG does not leave a residue. I spray a light coat on floor and then use a swifter. Do NOT use too much or floor becomes too slippery.
