Set in stain..please help.?


Question:Hello ok well this is kinda gross but really want help.
I have a sleeper that was getting to small for my son and I thought he could wear it one more time and he pooped in it and I have washed it over and over and over so it is definently set in..is there anyway what so ever now to get it out? Really want to get it out cause this is the sleeper my son came home from the hospital in.

PLEASE HELP!

I would use era and water and hand scrub the heck out of it, then try soaking in in oxyclean mixed with era. It has worked for me for messy childs underwear.


It may be permanent, repeated washings may have set the stain. I am guessing that this is colored fabric.

But, here is how I would proceed.

Try and enzymatic cleaner like Biz. Let is soak and see if it has any effect. If it does keep soaking until it is clean.

If no results, try vivid directly on the fabric. Let is set and work before you wash. Maybe 20 to 30 minutes.

I may take many repeated washings to get the fabric back to looking normal.

But as I said, it may never completely come out. Good luck.
