Just get a new mattress!
You could try spraying it with something like Lysol.

they sell a powder that you mix up your self and spray it. It can be found at cvs pharmacy thats where i have seen it. but im sure you can find it at any store or pharmacy
Wash your sheets in really hot water, then spray the matresses down with a special bed bug spray that you can get from the local drugstores or from wal-mart.
Matresses aren't very expensive....burn it and buy a new one!!

alot of times bed bugs live in the crevices like behind ur backboard or in the crevices on the bed frames...so u may have to disinfect ur whole room because they can also be on the floors. use brushes to scrub where necessary to kill eggs, and u may have to take a vacuum attachment and vacuum the out the corners of ur bed frames and the carpet. basically just clean and scrub everything. if u have pets wash them too.
I found that one tempur pedic mattress very useful! It doesn't have things like bed bugs living in the matress, plus very comfortable!
GET PROFESSIONAL HELP!!!...CALL THE EXTERMINATOR...Bed bugs do not die that easily, you have to kill them with a special chemical...I know what i am saying, I had his problem in my building and i had to call the exterminator.these things bite you and leave red bumps on your skin..they are not really harmful but THEY ARE VERY ANNOYING..
Burn it and buy a new one..SERIOUSLY.
One easy method is to boil them in hot water.

afterwawrds, close the bedroom windows and try doing a checj up on ur house every now and then, just 2 make sure bugs try not 2 get in the first place. pick up crumbs, dont leave messes and sweets around or else bugs will get 2 them, that's all. mayb even call the exterminator.
