How do i remove superglue from a car's pint surface?

SuperGlue is not a very good adhesive, its water resistant ability is zero. Leave it, assuming it has not already damaged the paintwork it will drop off without a mark.
not sure that you can without taking off the paint itself.
Your only choice is to use hot soapy water and a plastic scraper and take your time..
Acetone.
Mineral oil.
