Try mechanics waterless hand cleaner. Put some on the stain and use an old toothbrush to rub it in. Then trow it in washer as usual. I use it for grease, oil, cooking oil, etc. Works for me!

Try a little bit of Dawn dish detergent on the spot and a long soak in hot water... Dawn lifts grease (and oil)
Oily Stains: Make a paste of sugar and water. Rub it into the stain and let it set before washing.

Non Oily Stains: Make a solution of 1 pint of lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon liquid detergent and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar. Apply this to the stain until the stain is gone then rinse with clear water.
Yes...stop buying that junk. Keep your place clean and you will not need it
Try plugging it back in.
No advise on cleaning the shirt, but I wanted to warn you that the fragrance oil is damaging to paint. My hubby pulled the fragrance plug out & set it on the windowseal & the darn oil ate the paint! I was not a happy camper since I had just replaced the oil unit & it leaked & ran all over. So now my fragrance oil from the Bath Shop is 3/4 empty & my windowseal needs repainting!
Dawn Power Dissolver works wonders on all oily stains...even ones that remain after washing and drying. I use it on my uniform shirts, and they are navy blue and it doesn't fade them and removes all oil.
