Question:
Answers:
I've used turpentine to remove sap from all sorts of things, including myself. Kinda funny when you consider turpentine mainly comes from pine trees.
wash them
use goo-gone. its only supposed to be for other materials, but it really works!
engine degreaser
Mechanics hand cleaner. Or dish detergent with Bicarb of Soda.
soap and water or melt the sap off just dont burn ur hands
let Paris Hilton lick it off
more effective than goo-b-gone
Turpentine, gasoline, paint thinner...
Or just powder your hands so they're not so sticky, and wait for it to come off on its own.
don't be a sap in the first place

Mineral Spirits
vinegar

Well Duh! You pick up an insect that eats tree sap and feed him. You know, like a Jade-Headed Buffalo Beetle.

Lestoil cleaning fluid works well or Pinesol or Mr. Clean, anything like that.warm-hot water and a little dab of any of those cleaners --scrub it in and voila, sap be gone.
