Why is the back of my black hair so dry??
Question:I am African American. Why every morning I wake up the back of my head is dry and seems the most brittle compared to the rest of my head.
I do pin curl the front. Even when I pin curled the back I would still have dry hair in the back.
I try not to sleep directly on the back of my head.

you would have to have a scaf are hair bonnet to sleep with use shining glossy for hair just keep your hair moist with polisher are glossy and cover up at night it will stay for a while
I sometimes have to use a leave in condishner in my hair. I have never found out why my hair gets dry.
