Is there a relatively good priced vaccuum out there that is super quiet and won't dump it's contents?
Question:The vacuum I have now is SUPER loud (like, plane landing over your head loud) and when you turn it off and tilt it a little (like you are moving it to set it down somewhere for storage) it dumps out almost all of the stuff you just vaccuumed up, and you have to replug it in and vaccuum it up again, and spend like five minutes trying to delicately place it in the closet so it doesn't get everywhere again. What's the best vaccuum out there?

I have a Dirt Devil that is not too loud, uses a bag and was less than $60 at Kmart.

The kenmore cannister vacuum is super quiet but expensive,around $300. dollars i believe . rated number 1 by consumer fjw1933@yahoo.com
yes ther is there is a vacuum clener called swievel swiper use that one
