Shirt shrinkage?
Question:i'm going on tour in 2 days and the shirts that I have are like extra large (actually mediam) but I need them to be like adult small. I can't sew anything because their like "dress code' clothes for tour. Anyway what are some of the best techniques to shrink my shirt a bit but not too much?
Answers:
I don't know. But you spelled "medium" wrong.
Soak it in hot water, then let it air dry til it's only damp, then put it through the dryer. If it's still too large, re soak it, then just put it through the dryer on high.
the best way of shrinking clothes is to put them wet in a dryer and turn up the heat. depending on how much shrinkage, adjust the heat accordingly. also, time plays a factor as well.
if you dry your shirts for much longer than normal they will shrink. This, however, may make them less durable. yep, tight shirts look nice on women, but if too tight you'll attract bit of men's attention ;-)
But that probably is what you want, right?
