Does anyone know how to remove ink stains from the hardcover of a textbook?
Question:I bought a textbook for a summer class and have decided to drop but somehow got an ink stain on the back of the hardcover text. I paid 120.00 for the book and would be highly upset if I can't return it. Please help?

Try spraying with hairspray and wiping off
Try cutting a Lemon in half and rubbing it on the stain then put it out in the sun and hopefully it will bleach out the ink.
Get your hands on some Methanol, but be careful it may remove the shine from the cover. I've removed and entire written letter from a page with Methanol. Talk to the dudes in the science labs in your school.
