you can get an infestation quick...get ant and roach killer and spray every day all over your house...empty the can every day...get everyone out for 30 minutes.

Hi Don't ya just hate them yukky spiders? I scream every time I see one! LOL!! But my son and his wife were told by someone that if you place small pieces of cedar around the house especially in the basement area it helps enormously. My daughter in law is almost as scared of them as I am! They had removed the cedar when remodeling and the spiders started coming into the house again. So they went to the lumber yard for cedar scraps. And placed the strategically throughout the house and their are once again spider free!! I don't know what it is about it but it works. So try it. to kill them inside they sell a spray at the home depot by ortho called max kill and once it dries its safe for pets,you spray it around the inside perimeter of your house like a barrier and then do the same thing out side...its about 12.00 a bottle and covers alot of area...it also kills ants,fleas,ticks,etc. tons of bugs.it works Ive used it .
Spray window frames and around the outside of your windows frames with WD-40 it acts as a repellent and kills them as well, I do this myself every bug season. Good Luck !
You can buy a plug in, that is designed to send out a signal to rodents, so that they don't come into your house... you can buy them in a DIY store. They also work wonders on spiders, which we found out afterwards!
