How do I get gum off my sheets?

Question:My son slept with gum in his mouth and somehow it transferred on to his sheets by morning. It's stuck to the sheets and I can't get it off. I tried alcohol. What will help?

Answers:
put them in the freezer, when its frozen solid it will crack off

Apparently putting it in the freezer until the gum is solid and then picking it off works!!
rub with ice cube
buy some goo gone. it breaks up the gum and you should be able to take it off. good luck.
