Would you mix gray or heather gray color clothing with your whites?

Question:When washing your whites, is it safe to mix in gray color or heather gray color clothing?

Answers:
I usually will wash white with white, and pastel colors together, and dark colors together, however, reds get washed with black and of course. towels with towels, so the answer is no dont wash grays with whites

Not if you use chlorine bleach on your whites.
No it isn't safe because the dye from your grays could bleed and stain the white clothing.
I always wash whites alone - I wash my gray items with my black ones.
If you want to wash other light colors with your whites then I would use a Shout ColorCatcher. Actually I use these with every wash since they work great and catch any colors that bleed in your wash.
if they have been washed before and you use cold water then it will be fine...
I do but not if your going to use bleach in the loads. Gray or heather gray clothing go's in with the colored clothing.
