How can i fade material? i tried bleaching it twice and that didn't work. any suggestions?

Try hanging them outside in direct sunlight. Different fabrics and dyes fade at different rates. It may take some time to get to look you want.
If the fabric is yarn dyed-- it may not fade like you want-- it'll fade evenly.
Sometimes dyeing with strong tea will give you the effect you want-- experiment with fabric of the same color and type-- and see what happens...
