There's this wonderful stuff called "Rit Laundry Treatment: White-Wash stain remover and whitener." It has gotten rave reviews and is a nice alternative to bleach. (Bleach can turn whites yellow and eventually damage them.) You can buy it at Joann's (Joanns.com), Walmart or their website. Good luck!

RIT make a product that whitens your whites. You can fined it at wal mart with the RIT dyes.
