I believe if you unplug it for about 10 minutes, it should reset the computer.

The lock might me on. You should have some type ok key that says lock on/off. Or if you have an Lg it looks like the pause key ("). Hold that for a few sec 5-10 and it should un lock
try putting it on another cycle and see if it will open after that, or maybe it will open during a cycle, who knows?!!!
if that doesnt work you could try unplugging it or calling up a professional and see if they will give you advise over the phone, that way you wont be stuck with a huge bill!!
