Question:My daughter splattered white nail polish on the stones of my fireplace (made of field flat stones). How do I remove it??

Answers:
Nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol.

fingernail polish remover (acetone) and scraping.
rubbing alcohol and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser!
if they are small spots you could use fine steel wool if the stones aren't polished and that should do the trick or you sould try one of those green scrubbies you would scrub dishes with, they work in this instance better dry! good luck!
