HELP!! My puppy spilt wine on the carpet!!!!?
Question:What should I use to clean it up with..ASAP!
Answers:
First, dilute the wine spill with cold water while it's still wet. Pour an entire glass of cold water on top of the stain. This will make the majority of the color in the stain soak to the bottom, past the carpet fibers, where it won't be seen anymore. Then, use a clean towel to gently blot up the water. If a little bit of stain remains, you can clean up the remainder with a product called "Folex." It is sold at Home Depot and comes in a large, rounded white spray bottle, with purple writing. I hope this helps you. Now, hurry with that water!
Wow, you give your puppy wine. Cool. He must have been toasted to loose coordination like that.
I'm assuming it's red wine. White wine will remove red wine stains to some degree. Good luck!
I usually put a whole lot of salt on the stain and rub it in. You'll see the stain getting lighter and lighter as you are rubbing the salt in. If you have it, you can also use Club soda - pour it on and let it soak for a few minutes. The fizz in club soda lifts the stain up. Then, sponge it all up with paper towels. You can then wash the spot with dish soap and water if there remain a bit of the stain. The above can be repeated until all of the stain is gone. Good luck!

Oh yea get the pooch off of the sauce!
take to the doctor and get carpet dryclean
If it´s red wine , then almost all red wine stains are removed by adding white wine to them, Pour a little white wine over the stain & blot with kitchen paper, Then once you are sure the stain has ben lifted, use cold water and a sponge to rinse. If you wish to give that extra little clean to the carpet , use a little of your own haie shampoo , it works just as good as any carpet shampoo. rinse well. Next , lay a towel over the damp area, with a heavy object on top . This will help to dry any remaining water from the underside of your carpet. You might wish to staem clean this areaz at a later date , as sooner or later the water mark always reaches the surface
