this one is a tuffy. Urine smell is hard to get out especially if it is cat urine. Try vinegar and water. But the best way is to go to walmart and rent a rug doctor for 25 dollars and use steam cleaning solution for odor control. good luck!

we have raised dogs and have found Club Soda very effective in removing the urine smell from carpet , rugs
