How are some people organized and other people unorganized?
Question:like, how does it happen?

just genes. like are you a type A or a B. Also upbringing has a lot to do with it. Like if your mom was really strict you have a much better chance of being a neat person.
i dunno but for me. im more organized being disorganized
There are left brain people and right brain people. Cant remember which is which but 1 is organized and the other isnt.
I don't get it either. I try really hard to straighten up but it never looks right. I guess I'll leave the really good organizing up to my wife. she's good. I just don't know how she does it either.
Some people organize things to deal with their anxiety. (Type A personality) Other people ignore things to deal with their anxiety. (Type B personality)
I find that I tend to organize things rather than doing what I'm supposed to be doing. Yet, when I look at an organized space, I do feel relief. Still my place is usually a mess because I have a boyfriend who was an only child whose mother did everything for him and because I never had chores as a child, so I have no discipline.
See...there are many reasons.
Organization is for people who are too lazy to look for things!

Every person has a different personality and different ability. You can teach yourself to be organized but some people come by the skill naturally.
Organized people have systems for filing, "touch it once" which means read, deal and file. Disorganized people open, set to the side, and eventually read it, set it to the side, and eventually complete the task. Just remember if you do it all at the same time, you are done and don't have to worry about it.
I found having colored folders with projects that could not be completed in one sitting helped. Once I was done with the "project" I put it in the correct place in my file cabinet. I never lost things and was very efficient.
