Clean outside window's?
Question:What's the best way to clean VERY dirty outside window's?
Answers:
Windex ® Outdoor Window & Surface Cleaner comes in a special package that attaches to your garden hose, so you can safely clean windows — even second-story windows-to a great Windex ® shine in no time! No more climbing ladders or leaning out open windows. Windex ® Outdoor uses a sheeting action to get surfaces really clean. Now easier to measure and easier to use, it also works great on patio furniture, play sets, and other outdoor surfaces.
1. Attach to garden hose and remove yellow plug.
2. Turn to "rinse." From at least five feet away, rinse entire window.
3. Turn to "clean." Apply suds to entire window, moving from bottom to top (about 20 seconds). Turn to "rinse."
4. Wait while it soaks for about 15 seconds, but do not allow suds to dry on window (will cause streaks).
5. Rinse entire window from top to bottom, removing all suds. Continue rinsing for 10 more seconds. Replace yellow plug for storage.
• For stubborn dirt, wipe sudsy area with sponge.
• Use when temperature is above 55°F.
• Dry window with a squeegee in hard-water areas.
• Not recommended for automobiles.
• Avoid newly sealed asphalt.
• For painted or wood surfaces, test on small area before spraying entire area.
• Won't harm plants, siding, or plastic.

Vinegar and water. Clean with newspaper (the ink grabs the dirt).
by hand. Use a strong cleaning solution to help remove ozone oxidation and the residue from other pollutants and dirt. You will have to scrub the widows if they are real dirty and you may have to do it twice. The fellow up top there is correct about the newspaper thing.
This might sound strange but you can use a windshield scrubber as well like they have at the gas station. Check auto parts store and find a squeegee/scrubber with open end for a stick attachment. You can use a broom handle or paint stick to get the hard to reach spots. Then the newspaper after the scrubbing is done.
My mother-in-law swears by soft scrub. You rub it on and then scrub it off.
