Which is better for getting rid of musty odor? OdoBan or Febreeze?

Honestly, I never had much success with either of those brands. They only work temporarily. I would suggest using OUST or NEUTRA-AIR. Those are the best on the market from my own experience.
Vinegar. Pour some in a bowl, and allow to set overnight.
neither one. Both only mask the odor for a short period of time, like, overnight. You have to go after the source. Kill the musty smell by killing the bacteria that cause the musty smell which is usually moisture and the particles in your home that absorb the moisture. Pets make it worse. High humidity during warm weather makes it worse. Find the source and clean it with a solution of bleach and water. Then spray your Febreeze. Its my fave.
OdoBan
Odoban had a more compeling homepage but odoban also wasn't on wikipedia
Neither one. they both contain perfume which will turn putrid after a while and smell worse. Try lysol air purifiers. Not disinfectants-air purifiers.
NilOdour. You just need a few drops.
OdoBan and put it right on the source of the odor if you can locate it. It will disinfect and deoderize.
Spray vinegar and turn on a fan.The best.
I agree with other replies. They both don't work well. Better idea -
I found the perfect product for this that I've used for years and know dozens of other people that use it. It is a natural carbon product called FRIDGE IT carbon odor absorbers. It is a little purple cube with an incredible activated carbon filter inside that is really, really, great and eliminates the odors and for a long time. It works so much better than baking soda all those sprays, and fragrances that just cover up smells and doesn't get rid of them. Also, alot of sprays have warning statements about being eye irritant. and gels and oils that say keep away from fabric, pets, etc. and just don't eliminate odors. Just place these throughout house in problem areas such as trash. Each only costs a couple of dollars. I use this product everywhere including car(smoke and pet smells), storage, closets, my fridge and also under sinks, near trash and have friends that use it on cat litter box and also diaper pails - it's that good. I really recommend it. You can buy it in kitchen gadget sections in stores like walmart and linens and things. I also think camping world sells it and internet. Definitely worth trying
