What is the easiest/quickest way to get soap of a sponge?
Question:Is there anyway at all or is the sponge just stuck having soap all over it?

As far as I know, just rinsing it out over and over and over again is the only way. You could try just putting it in the top rack of the dishwasher too.
Rinse and squeeze under warm, running water.
Run it under running water squeeze as much water out of it as possible. Repete untill all soap is gone.
Rinse it in cold water until it stops bubbling.
Cold water kills soap.
Cold water with 1/4 cup vinegar in a bucket, squeeze while holding the sponge under water.
try fabric softener then rinse well
vinegar rinse.
