Hi. You need to run it to a dry cleaner that specializes in leather or suede cleaning. Don't use water, as it will 'drip' stain your suede and you will see spots and fuzzy wrinkles afterward. It's not super cheap to have it cleaned, but it will be worth it when it's over.
If it's not clothing, you will need to have a specialty furniture cleaner run to your home and see what needs to be done.
Wonderful stuff, yes, and is a bit tough to maintain, but worth it.
