How do you clean an 8 foot tall artificial (maybe silk) ficus tree? The leaves are covered in dust.?

If you have a leaf blower for your yard, take the artificial tree outside and use the blower on it. Don't put the blower real close to the tree, just enough to to get the dust blown off the leaf. Then take a damp cloth and wipe off the leaves individually with the plant laid over on its side so you can reach it.
Vinegar
spray down with windex then put it in the the shower and rinse.
Use a hairdryer (on the cool setting) to blow the dust off.
I do alot of cleaning and I would take it outside if I could. Then I would have a couple of 3M Dust Remover can. (Compressed Gas Duster.) You can buy it at Wal-Mart near the CD's and computer items.
use a banana pilling or vasaline jus a little
I put mine in the shower, and spray it down with a hand
held shower sprayer, then let it drip for a few hours before returning it to position.
