Buy a cleaning product called CLR bathroom cleaner. Guaranteed to do the trick.
Cover the stains with wather up to a little above them and pour in about two cups of bleach. Let this set for about an hour drain and rinse. The stain should be gone.
try the toilet bowl cleaner snobowl.
it worked for me
just be sure to rinse it right away or it leaves a blue mark
Yellow out or iron out.

Bleach and Comet! Make a paste and scrub. It smells aweful, and you'll definitely have to leave the windows open.. But it works.
I would use vinegar with baking soda. If that does not work use WD40 I know it sounds crazy I use it all the time if the stain is stubborn. WD40 is a great water repellent.
I have a couple of things you can try. I once used bleach to get yellow stains out of my tub. Fill the tub up and then put a cap full of bleach in the water and let it sit. If that doesn't work I would try a Mr. Clean sponge.
try a product called the WORKS tub and shower cleaner. very inexpensive and not much scrubbing involved, just spray, wait, and rinse
you can use "Gel Gloss" you can get it at most hardware stores, you just use a thin layer of it and let it dry and buff to a nice shine. It lasts for up to 6 weeks and you just have to keep it buffed.before reapplying every 6 wks. it is great, and it keeps up with stains preventing it. it comes in a bright pink rectangular, tin bottle. "i swear by it!"
Run it full of only hot water and mix a couple of cups of bleach into the water. Let this set for a while in the tub and that should clean it quite well.
