T shirt shrinking?

Question:i have a lot of t shirts (regular ol tshirt) that are a little to big for me how do i shrink them down to a smaller size?

Answers:
Wash in very hot water.
Add 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar to preserve the color.
Dry in a hot dryer.
Leave in dryer for a few minutes after cycle.
