A common brand is called Gunk Engine Degreaser and is used to clean dirty engines. When applied to oily or greasy metal engine parts it works to emulisify the dirt so it can be rinsed off with water. Some areas need to be brused as well if the oil or grease is thick. It works very well. You can get it anywhere they sell other auto supplies and stuff, like a Murrays, Auto Zone, local auto parts, ACO hardware, etc.
