How do you remove stains from heavy plastic lounge chairs??

Question:I have lounge chairs in my yard and left them out all winter. They have a yellow stain on some of the chairs. It is made of heavy plastic or vinyl material. The strap type of lounge. I'm not sure how to , if I can remove it. Please help!
