Keeping my down comforter poofy!?

Question:No amount of shaking it out will even out the down feathers in my duvet. They all seem to shift to the bottom right.

Do tennis balls in the dryer actually work on this problem?

Answers:
I know this sounds crazy, but after I had this problem, I dried my duvet in the dryer with 9 tennis balls. It worked pretty well, but then I started turning/rotating my duvet every morning so that the bottom was now the top and the problem went away.

Shake and pat it..A BUNCH! To your question about the tennis ball.I dunno, but what would it hurt to try?
try drying it in the dryer longer than it needs, and then when you shake it out, lay it over something...like a couple chairs
Tennis balls are a little light. I use clean shoes and runners.
The best thing to do is, hang it out in the sun. The warm sun and wind don't only make your comforter puffy again but it also helps kill bacteria and germs within.
Japanese people always hang out their futon (japanese style mattress) once a week.
i was just going to say that tennis ball trick. it will work, but eventualy it will flatten out again.

(my down comforter doesn't flatten as much, but then again it has quilted sections so the feathers don't all "fall" to the bottom)
Yes. You can put the comforter in the dryer, set on "air" or "low", with tennis balls, or clean old tennis shoes, and run the dryer for about 30 min.
Yes they do.Spray the comforter with vinegar.Put it and the tennis balls in the dryer and on a low temp for a while. It smells so fresh and real fluffy.
