try this I did it and it worked but may not work on all frabic
if its Water base: pour rubbing alcohol on it let it soak in for a few mins then then use something like a pencil eraser and scrub

Scrape at it with your nail... it should come off!
wow u let it dry theres pretty much nothing you can do now but throw a whole bunch of stain remover on it and hope it comes out
Paint
Oil base: Sponge stains with turpentine, cleaning fluid or paint remover. Pre-treat and wash in hot water. For old stains, sponge with banana oil and then with non-flammable dry cleaning solvent. Wash again.
Water base: Scrape off paint with dull blade. Wash with detergent in water as hot as is safe for fabric.

Try carburetor cleaner--you get it in an automotive
store or section of a place like Walmart. It smells a lot, so
spray it outside then launder as usual. DO NOT put the item in the dryer until the stain is out. Dryer heat sets stains
in permanently, even on low heat.
