Anyone know by chance, how to get black nail polish off the wall?=]?

paint over it
Remove with Nail Varnish remover then paint over it. Only way. You will probably end up smearing most of it anyway.
Other alternative if the varnish shows through the paint would be to dig it out, fill the hole with filler then paint.
Have you tried nail polish remover?
Try a Mr. Clean magic eraser.they work great on lots of things.
Nail varnish remover, or white spirits
Nail polish
Sponge with polish remover or banana oil. Wash. If stain remains, sponge with denatured alcohol to which a few drops of ammonia have been added. Good Luck !
