How do you keep t-shirts from getting dingy?

If your using a good detergent and whitener? Replace them when they get dingy.
Try some Oxy Clean or a similar product. Just add it in with your normal detergent. I know that Dollar Tree carries a similar product.
that dinginess is body sweat and oil, i would recommend the oxyclean,and a cup of bleach to your wash after the water is running. that will also sanitize those dingy t shirts.
i just put a scoop of oxy clean in with my tide and it works for me
