How do i remove sweat stains from my cap?

try a stain remover leave it soaked for a few hours n the put it in the washer, if all eles fails buy a new 1
buy a liquid hand dish detergent put it on the stain, work it in with an old toothbrush,make sure detergent removes grease
Shampoo - the kind without conditioner. Plain baby shampoo works great!
Use 409 on it. Spray the area with 409 and then run itthru the washer. That should get rid of it.
You can also put hats in the top racks of the dishwasher...try that...
Soak in hot water in 20 MULE TEAM BORAX. Then wash as normal. Takes sweat stains out of tee shirt pits, so should work fine for a hat as well.
First spray it with pre-wash product like Shout or Spray & Wash. Then just throw it in with the laundry. Don't put it in the dryer, let it air dry. I do this for my 4 boys (ages 14-23), and unless they gave it to me when it was already really stained badly, this has always worked. Even when they gave it to be too late, it still came out pretty clean.
