How do i get this steam vac carpet shampooer to suck the shampoo up?

Make sure you have got the reservoir tank sealed so it's now sucking air

Best one at a rental center or the ones that they rent in many of the gorcery stores.
They work well. I've used them.
But it does take time to dry the carpet, depending on the pile of the rug.
