Fels Naptha soap will remove it. You can find it for around a dollar in the laundry aisle at the grocery store. Wet the garment, work the soap into a lather, let it sit for a few moments and launder as usual.
To get deoderant out of clothes I spray liberally with a prewash, like Shout, let soak for about 10 mins then wash in the hottest setting allowed for the garmet.
It should come out the first time.
