How to get rid of flies they are everywhere?
Question:i have dogs outside but clean thier pop every sunday but there are flies everywhere is there anyways to get rid of them or at least some of them?

Go to a 'farm' store. They will have fly bait that seems to work real well.
The fly lure really stinks so try not to get your fingers in it.
Electric bug lights help at night, but they also kill a lot of innocent, helpful bugs.
Fly strips work well in your garage, especially if you have the doors opened for lengthy periods of time.
put bug spray in the air and it aout to kill them just do it every four hours

lots of flies van be a sighn of your pet being critically sick! check to see if your dog(s) are letting the flies land and stay on the dogs nose? if they are, then take your dog to vet immediately!!
flies usually mean that dogs inntestine are bad, and you cant see it, or dog doesnt know or care! and you must help dog now before they die within 1-2 months!!

Oh also, you might want to make sure there aren't maggots anywhere...or else you'll just keep getting more flies.
If the flies are biting the dogs you should take the dogs to your vet and make sure the dogs are okay (sometimes flies are a sign that the dogs can be sick)
If the flies are around the poop, sadly your going to have to pick up the poop more than once a week. Maybe try like every other day or every 2 days.
Make sure that the dogs food and water are fresh. Sitting water will attract flies/misquetos!!
You can try lighting candles when you are outside (the kind that keep bugs away) just be sure to blow them out when you go in to prevent fires!!
Keep the grass short/bushes trimmed. Tall grass/overgrown bushes attract bugs (ticks too)
and they have a spray that you can spray on your dogs to prevent the flies from going on them/biting them. (If they are on them/biting them you should take them to your vet and your vet can tell you what to do)
also, if possible..make sure the dogs are clean. Where i live, its getting really warm out (summer is comming!!)..so it wouldnt hurt to put some doggie shampoo on them and spray them off with the hose.
When we lived out on the farms, my aunt planted tomatoes, she said that flies don't like the tomatoes, we never did have flies come to think of it..
And it was a dairy farm, plenty to attract the flies.
I can suggest this. After you have their poop´s, wash the area with a small amount of ammonia & lemon juice, this will help a lot
