How to get rid of toothpaste stains on carpet??

Question:There is this small toothpaste stain on my hallway carpet and it has hardened and dried out. How do I get the stain out without ruining the carpet? Is there any easiy but effective way of removing this?

Answers:
1/3 cup vinegar mixed with 2/3 water.

Apply and leave for a minute, then wipe with damp cloth.

A non-bleaching detergent will work too.

Very Careful!!
well I can suggest using a blunt knife & try very carefully to scrape it off, or wet the stain and wipe off with a sponge, using cold water
Try and have your carpet steam cleaned. Basically, once the carpet is wet, it will become much easier to take the tooth paste off, because the tooth paste shall become wet as well. I think that is the only way you can remove it without fu*king up your carpet.

The guy that said use vinegar, might be onto something. You can try that as well.
