With your mouth. Some ppl pick it off with their fingers and eat it getting their fingers all sticky. Other just eat it right from the "stick" it is on. There is no right way or wrong way its however you want too

hold the cotton candy in one hand. Pull with the thumb and first finger (making sure to pull fast enough so as not to unwind the whole roll). Place on tongue and let the sugary sweetness melt delicately on your tongue adjusting cotton candy so as not to allow the sugar to clump but, rather, to cover the entire tongue. When finished, lick the paper cone and deposit it in the nearest receptacle. Lastly, lick your fingers (after all, the sugar is going to stick on the napkin anyway so why waste it). But don't ask me about candy apples, I never have figured those out.

1. Thinly roll it into 6 very fine strips, but a little thicker then yarn, and about 2 feet long
2. Braid it, 3 strips is one braiding, you should have enough for 2 braids.
3. with a knife and fork, spool about three inches of braiding on your fork, cut the excess with your knife, and with your right hand, raise the fork to your mouth, and eat it..

use a knife and fork , oh and don't forget to use your napkin .
Make sure you use the sald fork and the steak knife and then you must use the chopsticks to eat the cotton candy with, dont forget the glass of water must be to your left side. LMAO
