How do you put the Whirlpool Duet WFW9400 into demo mode?

Question:I recently purchased a pair and I am unable to get the unit into demo mode. Anyone know?

Possibly because you do not know the proper codes to do it. A homeowner that has this code can be the repairman's worst nightmare, so they do not tell you what the code is... If you REALLY need to know, call Whirlpool at the 800 # in your paperwork and as them! Have your model # ready to give them as not every model has the same codes..
