Question:
Answers:
The common cause of toilet bowl stain is minerals that build up around the waterline and under the rim. The culprit is hard water with high mineral content. The best way to clean the bowl is to brush it with an all purpose cleaner. Then, scrub with an acidic power or liquid is one way to attack the mineral stains. Look for the acidic power in your local grocery store or hardware store.
Try a pumice stone
Lysol toilet bowl cleaner. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then scrub.
Poor bleach in the toilet and allow to sit for a while before flushing. Works everytime.
The Bleach idea works really well, I leave mine overnight, just remember to flush the toilet before you use it the next day or you'll know yourself out from the fumes
If you pour 1 can of coca-cola in the bowl and let it sit for a while, then clean; the acid from the soda is to dissolve these stains. I never tried it, but have heard success stories from others. Hope it helps.
