Question:dude so i got this sharpie stain today on this really cute shirt i have. i just noticed it now, but i am assuming its been on my shirt for a few hours now. does anyone know how to get sharpie stains out? my shirt is 100% cotton.

Answers:
Sharpie is permanent marker. P E R M A N E N T
In the "old" days it was also called a laundry marker, because it didn't come out in the wash!
Sorry.... time to go shopping for another really cute shirt.

im sry but may your shirt R.I.P theres no getting off sharpie stains
Sorry, but I think that was the last time you wore that shirt.
it wont come out because it is PERMANENT marker
it only comes off of desks and skin nothing else
maybe you could cover it with white out? or the sharpie of the same color as the shirt? or turn that spot into something else like, for example, a pocket if its up that high

Good Luck!
Put a cardboard and paper towel under the shirt where stain is, spray the stain with hair spray and use shout to pre-treat and wash in warm water.

Might need to do this a couple of times.
Not sure what it would do to your shirt, but how about rubbing alcohol? It dissolves the sharpie ink. Sharpie is so not PERMANENT...
Sharpie doesnt comeout, unless you burn it off.
