I would try windex. In my experience working in retail, the grease from hangers sometimes gets on the clothes. Windex usually gets it out. Otherwise you can try one of those tide wipes or pens maybe.
Citrus cleaner followed by washing in very hot water.
Take Dawn dish soap and rub in real good into the stain and that should take the Grease out! Also someone told me that if you take WD40 and spray on the black grease and rub with a paper towel that should take it out also. Try it.
I have had luck with Lestoil. Rub a small amount in (enough to cover spot) and let sit for about 10 minutes then launder as usual. You may want to double rinse to eliminate any lingering odor. This has removed even some old stains in clothing.
Things to try:
Put Mr. Clean on the spot and let soak a while before washing in HOT water.
Add a splash of orange essential oil to your wash & also add in Oxyclean.
If the spot isn't off, repete when the pants are still wet.
I had an oil spot on my favorite top and it took about 3 HOT water washings to remove it, but it did =)
